Linking to a file attachment

1. If using the WYSIWYG editor (Tiny MCEPlugin), use the attach (paperclip) toolbar button to select an attachment on the "Insert link to attachment" tab and then press the "Insert link" button
2. Use the %ATTACHURL% macro (see Var ATTACHURL). This is the full URL for attachments in the current topic. For example:

   %ATTACHURL%/image.gif

3. To link to a file attachment in another topic, use the %PUBURL% macro (see Var PUBURL). For example:

   %PUBURL{"foswiki-badge.png" web="%SYSTEMWEB%" topic="ProjectLogos"}%
